a retreat for IT

A program defined by nothing but the designer’s imagination, the retreat for IT is like the absolute highest point of realization that one can achieve. The site, consisting of a sloping channel between two giant cliffs, is an essential component of the retreat in that it makes the "journey" possible. The retreat is located at the top point of the site and is only reached upon the completion of a treacherous climb, through which there seems to be no beginning and no end.

At the retreat, a realization of the struggle is attained after the previous journey is looked back upon with a new perspective. With this realization, the remainder of the journey can be completed with ease.
