However another prevalent problem lies with a sub-group of individuals that live in their cars termed "houseless people." A population that has relatively no identity, the houseless have many concerns that have not been addressed within the city. The folly response is simply a weigh station for this population to service their vehicles, practice hygiene and gather for community meetings. Conceived as a statement of separation between those who live in apartments, "the residentials," and those that live in their cars "the vehiculars," the architecture is designed as something that strives to be something it is not. It attempts to pull the surrounding apartments around itself to emulate a sort of false identity.
